We are seeking resumes for an Administrative Assistant Floater our Valdosta, GA. Paper Mill.   The Administrative Assistant Floater provides daily administrative support, which includes receiving, sorting, and delivering all incoming correspondence (mail, FedEx, fax); answering incoming phone calls; greeting guests; assisting co-workers with requests for information; maintaining an organized filing system in soft or hard format as necessary; preparing and distributing departmental reports.   Principle Accountabilities:  Manage required reports, including records retention. Prepare other regulatory reports, including records retention. Make travel arrangements as necessary, including coordinating flight, ground transportation, hotel reservations, tracking reservation changes, and providing accurate figures for expense reporting. Provide support for meetings such as room reservations, meals, and meeting equipment. Assist with on-demand tasks and projects. Performs other responsibilities as needed.   Basic Qualifications  High School diploma or GED 3 to 5 years experience preferred Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Previous work experience as a team member or a strong understanding of the importance of open communication and information sharing between team members. Ability to work flexible hours or overtime as needed.   Preferred Qualifications  Some college or administrative training. Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential. Must possess a strong work ethic and leadership qualities.  Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple projects and/or requests concurrently. Strong attention to detail Must exercise independent discretion and decision-making and take a proactive approach to issues and strategies.   The successful candidate must possess the following Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  Ability to be able to work well under pressure and within time constraints, multi-task, and build sound relationships with both internal and external customers.  Ability to exhibit excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and computer skills. Capable of independently making sound decisions through creative problem-solving, ambiguity, and change. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously. Ability to read and understand technical correspondence, memos, instructions, and reports. Ability to apply skills to continuous process improvement while maintaining maximum levels of safety. Strong planning and follow-up skills. Excellent people and process management skills.
