Tasks/Job requirements

• Attendance
• Data Entry
• Corresponding with a variety of insurance companies
• Verifying patient benefits
• Inbound/Outbound calls from patients and/or insurance companies
• Skill in gathering and obtaining information for incomplete documents
• Proficient use of the Internet
• Ability to utilize a multitude of portals/websites
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively
• Ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• Ability to work as part of a TEAM
• Ability to use standard office equipment
• Strong typing and computer skills (MS office programs: Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Preferred Medical Billing and Medical terminology experience, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
