Job Summary:
Join the PCF Insurance product team as a Salesforce Administrator. This role will be pivotal in contributing to our Salesforce product strategy. You will work with a small team of IT professionals to ensure our organization utilizes different tools and capabilities offered by Salesforce effectively and efficiently. You will also work closely with end-users, project managers, and the technology teams to ensure projects are in line with our business objectives and strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles.
Help resolve user support tickets.
Identify and gather feedback and requirements from users and stakeholders.
Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization.
Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
Collaborate with the training department to develop and refine Salesforce training materials and content to enhance user competency and product literacy.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce features and functionalities.
Conduct regular system audits to assess how users are engaging with Salesforce, identifying patterns of use and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
4 years of Salesforce Administration experience
Demonstrated experience in a Salesforce Administrator role, with a solid track record.
Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce products and their capabilities; familiarity with Financial Services Cloud.
Expertise in managing and upkeeping Salesforce systems.
Strong communication skills for engaging with business partners and managing scope effectively.
Ability to define and implement tailored solutions for specific business challenges.
Current Salesforce Administrator Certification or Advanced Administrator Certification is a plus but not required.
