POSITION SUMMARY: Performs a wide range of construction labor services and painting services in support of all renovation work for Princeton Community Hospital. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. High School diploma or equivalent. 2. Valid driver’s license. EXPERIENCE: 1. One (1) year experience in the construction trades and/or vocational training (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, or welding). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE: 1. Healthcare industry experience. Responsible for providing laborer services for renovations and improvement projects. 2. Performs various construction activities as assigned by supervisor in accordance with policies and procedures and based on skill level and Organizational needs. 3. Duties involve receiving, movement, relocation, storage and disposal of construction materials and equipment. 4. Other duties will involve relocation of furniture, records, equipment, and personnel as needed. 5. Fabricating, maintaining, updating, and installing new interior & exterior facility signage. 6. Additional duties will include sweeping, mopping, dusting, shoveling, and cleaning construction site. 7. Incumbent will be expected to perform other duties as assigned. Ability to climb and work off of ladders, scaffolding or electric lifts and operate basic manual cleaning equipment. 3. Ability to drive single axle box truck.
