Job Summary

The implementation specialist is responsible for assisting with the implementation and project management of onboarding new clients. These include, but are not limited to, healthcare organizations, collection clients, utility, and other specialty organizations. Areas of accountability include assisting IT, and coordination of resources with respect to GMC programs. The incumbent will work in conjunction with the Implementation Manager, Sales, GMC Programmers, Customer Service, File processing and Developer teams for clients with an existing GMC management contract and for all new clients.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

• Assist implementations of new clients.
• Manage the tactical plan for implementation – gathering project requirements
• Participate in Business Development presentations as needed
• Production Interaction: Knowledge of production and responsible for interfacing with client and/or production as needed. 
• Hands on Learning: Work within the department to provide support to CS Team.
• Perform Special Tasks: Complete special projects as assigned in a timely efficient manner as directed by Management. 
• Reporting Responsibilities:   Be able to provide periodical data reports as requested by management or the client.  
• Work Schedule: Must be flexible as workload /team needs change to meet demands.
• Process Improvement: Make suggestions for efficiency improvement.
• Any tasks assigned by Senior Management
• Security: Will comply with all current and future security and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Ability to clearly communicate with both clients and internal staff in order to meet customers’ needs. 
• 5 years’ experience in Print Production and/or Customer Service with knowledge of print/mailing production desirable.  
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4- year college preferred.
• GMC Inspire software experience highly preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize work efficiently as required
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
