Relocation and/or temporary project assignments, including overnight stays, are expected for this role. Work hours will vary based on project requirements and remain in effect for the duration of the project. Subsequently, this role is not offered in a remote or hybrid capacity.
As a(n) Subcontracts Administrator for our US PICCo , you will contribute to our team by:
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-award subcontract activities, subcontractor pre-qualification, and interface with engineering/construction, project and client personnel to support the preparation of RFP.
- Bid evaluation and negotiations up to award and subcontract execution specifically related to lump sum turnkey, EPC contracts for major process units. Subcontracts may be of any type (T&M, Unit Price, Lump Sum) depending upon the individual scope of work.
- Organize and prepare presentations and meetings with subcontractors and clients.
- Be proactive with subcontractors to ensure subcontract compliance, generation of progress, schedules, daily and other status reports, invoices and supporting documents on time.
- Perform close-out of subcontracts; finalize outstanding subcontract issues, final invoices and subcontractor performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to travel and/or relocate to different project sites as needed
- 1-3 years of subcontract-related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, computer, and negotiation skills.
