YOUR MISSION AS Data Processing Specialist

Our Data Processors are tasked with taking the client’s instructions about their mailing list, processing it (using software) through a series of steps to ensure accuracy and then handing the mailing list over to our Delivery department so they can prepare and deliver the mail to the Post Office. You are making sure that the client’s instructions regarding their mailing list are carried out correctly.

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE

• Comfortable with using Microsoft Excel

• Working with internal team to ensure all instructions are correctly followed

• Reading, understanding and duplicating mailing list instructions to correctly order the lists

WORK HOURS

• This is a full-time office position

• Schedule can be Monday -Friday 6:30am - 3pm OR 9am - 6pm

COMPENSATION

• Pay is $15/ hour

• After a year, with a favorable review, there is the potential of making $16.00/hour

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Comfortable and speedy using Excel

• Basic Knowledge of other Microsoft Programs such as Outlook, Word, etc.

• Detail Oriented is a MUST

• Composure under pressure and with any deadlines and quotas

• Upbeat attitude – we want someone who gets along well with others and is a team player!

• Reliable and responsible
