Administrative Assistant

This is a full-time permanent position with working hours of M-F 8:00am-5:00pm.

SUMMARY:

  • Knowledge of accounts payables and receivables.
  • Invoicing, receiving payments and reconciling accounts.
  • Bank account reconciliation.
  • State and parish sales tax.
  • Process purchase orders.
  • Perform a wide variety of tasks with a primary responsibility of ensuring the business and day to day operations runs smoothly.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Perform other related clerical duties as assigned and serves in whatever other capacity deemed necessary for successful completion of the mission and goals of PCM Technologies.

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:

  • Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of electronic accounting systems - Peachtree / QuickBooks: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Must possess intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties.
  • Perform collections and help with Account’s payables and Account’s receivables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
