Administrative Assistant
This is a full-time permanent position with working hours of M-F 8:00am-5:00pm.
SUMMARY:
- Knowledge of accounts payables and receivables.
- Invoicing, receiving payments and reconciling accounts.
- Bank account reconciliation.
- State and parish sales tax.
- Process purchase orders.
- Perform a wide variety of tasks with a primary responsibility of ensuring the business and day to day operations runs smoothly.
- Willingness to learn.
- Perform other related clerical duties as assigned and serves in whatever other capacity deemed necessary for successful completion of the mission and goals of PCM Technologies.
EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:
- Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
- Knowledge of electronic accounting systems - Peachtree / QuickBooks: 3 years (Preferred)
- Must possess intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties.
- Perform collections and help with Account’s payables and Account’s receivables.
