Job Posting for ISO Coordinator (ISO Standards) at PCS Wireless
The role of the ISO Coordinator is to provide high-level administrative support for the continued maintenance of the Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Recycling Management Systems (QEHS&R-MS) to meet the ISO Standards.
Job Responsibilities
Ensures document and record control of the QEHS&R-MS is maintained
Performs internal QEHS&R audits
Plans health and safety committee meetings as well as prepares agendas/presentations
Performs QEHS&R compliance inspections and corrects any deficiencies
Updates and creates QEHS&R training presentations
Conducts new hire QEHS&R training and ensures training is adhered to as per established training schedule
Contributes to team effort by performing other assigned duties as needed
Ensure the use of PPE in all areas/departments
Flow up to SharePoint and updates of the documentation process
Be aware of the updates of ISO and R2 for the adjustment of the process
Coordinate safety training and all the drills in the facility
Support HR in the documentation of incidents creating CAPA for all process and jobs descriptions.
Job Requirements
College Degree or AA
3 years of experience in the administrative field
Fluent in English/Spanish
Able to translate documentation from English to Spanish or vice versa
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook)
Knowledge of Audits, ISO and R2 Standards
Skills & Abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to work in a warehouse environment
Ability to set priorities and be self-motivated
Must have knowledge of quality, environmental, health and safety systems
Must demonstrate ability to learn new management system standards
Must be very organized and detail oriented
Ability to work regular and flexible shifts
Meet attendance requirements and overtime when required
Excellent data entry skills
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills

Repetitive use of hands, finger, wrist, able to handle, tools, keyboard or controls.
Reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
