PCSI is looking for a GFEBS PM Coordinator for an upcoming base operations and maintenance contract on Fort Knox! The GFEBS PM Coordinator is responsible for gathering and recording information for maintenance work orders in GFEBS.

What You'll Do as GFEBS PM Coordinator:
- Receive, record, and distribute Preventive Maintenance work orders to service crews, release schedules, and update all GFEBS entries upon completion.
- Enter all data associated with Preventive Maintenance, Demand Maintenance Orders, and Project Work Orders.
- Submit the approved maintenance plan to the Deputy Project Manager and Quality Manager, monthly.
- Follow all directions list in the Performance of Work Statement.
- Assist and gather all information from the Production Control Clerks located in each maintenance area to maintain GFEBS entries.
- Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from the Resource Manager and the Assistant Project Manager.
- Complete GFEBS training modules provided by the USG as outlined in the Performance of Work Statement.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years related technical or practical experience relating to GFEBS and ArMA required.
- General knowledge of Facilities, Operations, and Maintenance is required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Possess working knowledge of GFEBS and have demonstrated experience in successfully utilizing GFEBS on a Military installation.
- Strong analytical and organization skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to perform multiple assignments concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability for long-term planning.
- Must possess the ability to develop a positive working relationship with customers and employees.
- Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to pass criminal, drug, and driving screening.
- Ability to work outside in inclement weather as needed and be exposed to various dirt, debris, and odors.
- Ability to work any time or day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
- Must Possess current Commercial Driver License (Class A or B), if required for the equipment and vehicles operated, and maintain a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
- If required, ability to obtain and maintain security clearance and base access to assigned site(s).
