About Dynamic: Dynamic Insurance Agency is a locally managed location of Patriot Growth Insurance Services, a top 50 privately held National Insurance Agency. Located in Punta Gorda Florida we specialize in Property and Casualty insurance for both personal and commercial lines clients. We continue the same mission today as when we started in 2003 with the additional resources and backing of a national firm.

Overview: Join our team as a Personal Lines Internal Sales and Retention Specialist and play a crucial role in driving growth and client satisfaction within Shapiro’s Personal Lines Department. In this dynamic position, you will, retain and nurture existing client relationships, cross-sell additional policies to meet client needs, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Your efforts will enhance client loyalty and significantly contribute to the Agency’s revenue growth. This is a full-time position reporting to our office in Punta Gorda, FL.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Cross-sell additional personal lines insurance policies to existing clients.
  • Generate new business through internal marketing efforts and lead generation strategies.
  • Manage and execute the remarketing process for renewals to ensure clients receive the best coverage options.
  • Monitor and manage the new business internal personal lines sales queue.
  • Handle endorsements, follow-ups, and other service-related tasks efficiently. Ensure accurate processing of policy changes and endorsements.
  • Collaborate on internal agency marketing efforts to generate new leads.
  • Utilize marketing tools and strategies to attract potential clients.
  • Participate in team huddles and weekly Tips & Tricks sessions to share knowledge and strategies.
  • Engage in continuous learning through continuing education classes and stay updated on carrier changes in guidelines and quoting procedures.

Required Skills And Abilities

  • Possess a comprehensive knowledge of personal lines insurance products, coverages, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide empathetic and supportive assistance to clients and employees by being responsive to client needs and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance the client experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage daily responsibilities effectively.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding clients’ unique needs, and providing customized insurance solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, combined with a persistent approach to achieving successful resolutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and transparently.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with in a team environment, sharing insights and contributing to collective success, and other tools used for client management and communication.
  • Proficiency in using software systems, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and client information.

Required

Education and Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer support, sales, or account management position.
  • Experience working in Florida’s Personal Lines insurance market.
  • High School Diploma/GED or Associate Degree in Business Administration

Preferred

  • Experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry, specifically in Personal Lines.
  • Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Insurance License
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
