Electric Car Technician

We are looking to hire an Electric Car Technician to join our Electric Vehicles team working with off-road automotive dealers nationwide.

If you have experience servicing and troubleshooting Golf Carts, ATVs, and UTVs, we encourage you to apply!

Monday -Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Starting from $24/hr.

Key Responsibilities

  • Anything & Everything: There will be a wide assortment of standard and not-so-standard tasks that you’ll be expected to complete, both inside and outside the typical service umbrella.
  • Answering telephone inquiries and assisting clients. Installing and testing products, equipment, and machinery and providing instructions to customers on the proper usage of their products. Using diagnostic tools to identify issues and evaluate the available information.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical information and assistance to dealers, repair shops, or consumers.
  • Parts Lookup: Help dealers, repair shops, or consumers locate the correct part(s) from our web store.
  • Product Improvement: Provide feedback and solutions to the existing issue(s) so the engineers can make product improvements.
  • Warranty Claims: Process warranty claims submitted from dealers based on our policies and reimbursement schedule.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience repairing and troubleshooting ELECTRIC automotive.
  • Gradated or certified by mechanical school or training.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
