As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Shift:
- 7am-4:30pm Mon-Fri
- $17-18.00 DOE- Paid Weekly!!!!!
Task:

3-5 years of experience.

Operate a switchboard and receive visitors so that all callers/visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously, and accurately.
*
Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls at a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintain long distance call logs.
*
Take and distribute accurate messages.
*
Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit; issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs; alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department or employee.
*
Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources, for example on the organization's location, hours of operation, phone numbers, or email address.
*
May also perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages.
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
