Job Title : General Labor - Light Industrial
Schedule : All Shifts (Night Shift Crew - 2 Total)
Shift Rotation :
Week 1 : Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2 : Wednesday, Thursday
This two-week cycle will repeat.
Hours per Day : 8
Compensation : $15 per hour
Please note, the schedule may vary according to the listed dates and times.
Health and Safety Requirements :
All workers will undergo temperature monitoring before entering the facility.
Face coverings are mandatory at all times within the facility.
Attire : Non-logo tee shirts in red, black, or grey; non-logo baseball caps if applicable.
Footwear : Proper safety footwear is required, including steel-toe, puncture-resistant soles, and above-the-ankle protection.
Foot Protection Requirements :
ANSI Z41-compliant or equivalent protective footwear.
Safety shoes must include puncture-resistant Kevlar bottoms, Class 75 protective toes, and slip-resistant soles (Mark II LS-oily / wet test at .
35 or higher) with a minimum of 6 inches in height.
Steel-toe boots are required.
Job Responsibilities :
Handle product, materials, supplies, and equipment in a physical capacity.
Maintain an orderly and clean work environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
Operate industrial power equipment.
Restock and replenish items as necessary.
Perform general maintenance duties.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
Fill in for other positions as needed.
Perform general warehouse, production, and cooler service tasks.
Skills and Requirements :
Education : High School Diploma preferred.
Experience : 0 to 1 year of general work experience; prior warehouse, production, or equipment service experience is preferred.
Ability to operate manual or powered pallet jacks or lift products.
Strong attention to detail.
Forklift certification is a plus.
Pay Details : $15.00 per hour
