Job Description, Details, and Requirements
● Hands-on bar/barista
● Catering proposals and follow-ups
● Customer relations/complaints
● Sales floor presence for security/basic assistance
● QC for sales floor/hot food etc.
● Ensure satisfactory appearance and float most urgent customer-facing staffing needs
● Serve as store closer on night per week, store closes @ 8:00PM
Taking action to ensure the crew is meeting standards
Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
Planning for each shift, monitoring performance during all shifts
Strong customer service skills for working with customers and team members
Customer Service Manager - hiring qualified crew, and providing training to meet restaurant sales and profit goals while keeping crew motivated each shift.
Qualifications:
QSR & Retail experience preferred
1-3 years QSR restaurant / Retail experience (McDonald's a plus!)
Flexible schedule availability
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Competitive compensation based on experience

Pay: $56,809.00 - $62,120.00 per year
