Su propósito principal será brindar soporte y análisis en los reportes de TDC (total delivery cost) del Cluster Andino (Perú, Ecuador y Colombia), coordinar y emitir reportes de costos del cierre de mes, soporte en el manejo de base de datos para automatizar y estandarizar reportes, además apoyará en la elaboración de reportes de destrucción mensual de inventarios, soporte en las conciliaciones de cuentas. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de fábrica de Perú y Colombia. In this role, you will: Generar el reporte y envío de contabilización de las muestras a personal -mensual Análisis de data de productos a destruir vs provisión por bodegas. Emisión y envío de carta de destrucción a Sunat/Notario. Análisis de cuentas de inventario al cierre de mes (Conciliación) Reporte de información general solicitada por autoridad colombiana (Dane) Soporte en reporte Financial metrics para plantas Levantamiento de tickets para máster data materiales Kardex mensual: trabajo de la base de datos. Soporte en reportes de cierre de mes. Seguimiento y control de los saving, descarga y análisis. Generar el reporte de D&D mensual y analizar desviaciones. Nuestra búsqueda se orienta a perfiles con muchas ganas de aprender, capacidad de análisis, resolución de problemas, adaptabilidad y con proactividad para automatizar y estandarizar reportes. What we look for: Estudiantes de Administración, contabilidad, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía y afines, que cuenten con nivel intermedio de inglés, nivel avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, macros) y nivel intermedio de Power BI.
