**Job Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In Home Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the best possible care and attention. This role requires a strong understanding of geriatric care, as well as experience in hospital medicine and outpatient settings. **Responsibilities** - Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed. - Assist with medication management, including administration and monitoring. - Prepare meals and snacks as requested. - Engage in conversation, read, and perform other recreational activities with patients. - Assist with mobility and transferring patients. - Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning. - Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare provider. - Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients. - Follow the care plan and ensure that patients receive the care and attention outlined. - Provide support and companionship to patients and their families. - Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care. **Qualifications** - Must have experience working in geriatric care, hospital medicine, and outpatient settings. - Must have a strong understanding of hospital medicine and Level II Trauma Center care. - Must be familiar with emergency medicine procedures. - Must have experience working in an OR setting. - Must be able to lift and move patients safely. - Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Must have a clean driving record and the ability to maintain a clean vehicle. - Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. - Must have a passion for caring for others and a strong commitment to patient care. - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. - Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. - Must be able to pass a background check and any other required screenings.

Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
