Job Posting for Receptionist/Service Coordinator at Peaceful Living Home Sales
We are looking for a motivated individual willing to wear a lot of hats. Our new Ogdensburg location is growing and the ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a fast paced, professional and dynamic work environment that demands accuracy and communication. The administrative work will include answering the phones, filing, greeting clients,creating and maintaining documents, scheduling appointments and updating calendars. As Service coordinator the work will include scheduling workers, ordering parts, communicating with builders and customers with service issues. You must have excellent problem solving skills and have a high degree of organization. The ideal candidate works will with minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $650.00 - $700.00 per week
