What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead PCW Day position position at Peaceful Living?
In addition to the duties of the 24-hour Unlicensed Personnel (ULP), the lead staff person will be responsible to provide on-site coordination of various tasks and responsibilities within the home and make reports of progress and concerns to the Program Director. The Lead Staff person is instrumental in upholding the values and policies of the agency and ensuring others are doing the same.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be physically able to perform the duties of the position.
- Must exhibit mature, responsible behavior, and understand the need for client/staff confidentiality.
- Must be able to follow direction and accurately report to the Nurse, any changes in the client’s condition, and any concerns and developments at the home to Program Director and/or Residential Coordinator.
- Must be self-motivated and committed to excellence.
- Exhibit clear, consistent emotional and professional boundaries amongst staff, family members, clients, and other individuals that are encountered.
- Must have available, reliable transportation to and from assignments.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with CURRENT/ ACTIVE car insurance.
- Must have a command of the English language.

Schedule:
- 40 hours per week. Shift time is 6am-2pm
- Every-other Weekend availability.
