Brand new state of the art Family and Cosmetic Dentistry practice located in San Antonio Texas is hiring a full-time Associate Dentist for our growing practice. We are growing and adding a full-time Associate Dentist to our dentist led practice. Enjoy the benefits of ownership without the administrative burdens.
As an Associate Dentist you will be responsible for delivering Distinctive Patient Experience to our established and growing patient base. We average 74 new patients per month. Our Associate Dentists are leading a team within the practice while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and staff morale. Clinical responsibilities include restorative dentistry, endo, extractions, implant restoration, Invisalign, and sedation. Associate Dentists are offered clinical autonomy and are also provided with mentorship and resources from some of the best clinicians in the industry to encourage your clinical growth.
Qualifications:
- DMD or DDS degree
- 2 years of experience
- Residency training ( AEGD/ GPR) is a plus
- Confidence doing all restorative, crown and bridge, extractions & RCT
- Relationship-building, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to create high morale among the team
- High comfort with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, high growth, and fast-changing entrepreneurial environment

Requirements
- Active Texas Dental License
- CPR- ACLS Certified
- 2 or more years clinical support
- DDS or DMD
- Denticon experience is a plus
- Strong restorative and diagnostic hands on experience
- Ability to start right away
