In this role, you will be essential in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that support Peak Health’s strategic business priorities and operational goals. The Digital Media Specialist works cross-functionally handling day-to-day digital marketing efforts while leading the strategy and execution of paid digital media programs. The ideal candidate will be able to pivot from strategic to tactical execution while working across multiple levels within the organization. Experience in the healthcare insurance industry and critical thinking skills are necessary to contribute to the mission of the organization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
- Three (3) years of digital media or marketing experience
- Three (3) years of experience with bid management, ad serving, and/or analytics tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, or other human services area
- Working knowledge of Medicare Advantage and compliance requirements
- Experience managing Google, Bing, Facebook and/or other online platform ads
- Marketing agency experience
- Planning and day-to-day management/optimization of digital media campaigns including Search engine marketing, paid social and Display.
- Setup and implement reporting via Google analytics 4 (GA4). GA4 expertise will include setting up, analyzing, and reporting of conversion events, pageview and event level tracking.
- Scope and lead implementation of third-party analytics and management tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Assist with the development of creative briefs, collaborating on creative production, and building distribution plans comprised of contextual placement, targeted buys, retargeting, search remarketing, etc.
- Develop A/B testing programs including banner creative, ad text, and email subject lines.
- Develop and present strategic plans to clients and internal teams.
- Prepare and present campaign reports from analytics tools to clients.
- Assist with Peak Health website and member-facing materials.
- Occasional travel.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to travel across the state and surrounding area for events
- Standard office environment with electrical equipment (i.e., telephone, personal computer, copier, fax machines, etc.)
