We are planning on launching in October, and we would be honored for you to join our team! You’re not employees or a number to us. You’re a partner, and we will treat you as such. We are located at the DWA5 facility, in Maple Valley, WA We also have two seasoned members of management with previous DSP’s that will be supporting you throughout your journey, and everyone will run a route, no matter what.

$750 sign on bonus
YOU! You will receive the investment in three payments after 30, 60, and
90 days after your first day.

Rescue Bonus – We are a team, and all partners are expected to be team players. If another partner has had an on the road emergency, and we send you to them, an extra bonus is yours to claim!

​Monthly Get-Together – You’re our partners, so we want to treat you! Once a month, there will be a get together to promote synergy, and celebrate our successes.

First out – Our wave time is at 7:00, so we will be the first out and back the first!

​COMPENSATION AND EXTRA BENEFITS:

• $21-$23 starting wage depending on your experience ($25-$32 after bonuses)
• PTO – We won’t be hassling you if you request a day off. Just let us know 72 hours in advance, and it’s yours unless there is a site-specific block in place.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely drive and operate your company delivery van at all times - no wear and tear on your personal vehicle
• Perform functional exercise as you load your van
• Get your steps in throughout the day as you get in and out of the van, walk to each customer's front door, walk up and down stairs or long driveways - improve your stamina in this physically active role!
• Enjoy fresh air as you navigate and work in varying weather conditions and geographies
• Use hand held device for routing and deliveries

• Maintain consistent steady pace throughout the day

• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.

SHIFT AVAILABILITY: Our shift time is 7:00AM to 5:30PM (Or earlier if we finish early) Two shifts are available: -Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday (four day work week) -Both full and part time positions are available as well.

Basic Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S and have a valid driver's license

• At least 21 years of age

• Willing to consent to a 4 panel drug test (We don’t test for marijuana)
