What are the responsibilities and job description for the RDA position at Peak Pediatric Dentistry?
We are a bright and modern pediatric dental practice that opened more than five years ago. Our practice is not a high-volume practice, but rather has a boutique feel. Our office is expanding and looking to add an additional Full Time (4 days a week)
We are looking for a dental assistant who is dedicated to patient safety, delivers excellent customer service, and likes to have fun working with children. Must be a team player!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Full chairside dental assisting
- Sterilization duties
- Digital charting & X-rays
- Coronal polishing and sealants
Qualifications for the right candidate:
- An active California RDA license
- CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills
- Loves working with children, upbeat personality with a positive attitude
- Strong social skills
- Professional appearance
- Willingness to be a team player
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize
- Must be reliable and flexible
