Flex Officer

Peak Security is looking for reliable Flex Officers who have a flexible schedule and love variety in their work.

What You’ll Do

  • Get trained and work at multiple locations through the Salt Lake Valley
  • Cover open shifts or last-minute call-offs and assist with temporarily staffing new accounts
  • Provide customer service for our clients, customers, and employees
  • Report observations of suspicious behavior
  • Identify potential security risks and complete incident reports
  • Train new Security Officers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Weapons are not required for these jobs. These are customer service based

What is Required

  • Have a clean background
  • Complete a free training class that we offer weekly
  • Obtain State Licensing after completing the training course
  • A cell phone to communicate with our dispatch team (your safety is just as important!)
  • A very flexible schedule to accept last-minute assignments (we’ll give you as much notice as we possibly can!)
  • Reliable transportation
  • May work overtime and shifts can last anywhere from 8 – 12 hours
  • Able to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time
  • Available nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Security experience preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Security: 1 year (Preferred)
