Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S.
1 years of private armed security experience
Clean background and ability to pass a pre-hire drug screen
Must have a cell phone to communicate with our dispatch team (your safety is just as important!)
Able to comfortably alternate between standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs for the duration of the shift
Customer Service oriented
Must be able to work at least one shift a month
May be required to work nights, holidays, and weekends according to assigned schedule
What You'll Do
Sign up to cover open shifts as needed
Receive training for a variety of different sites in the event of staffing issues
Assume overall responsibility for the safety and security of designated areas
Provide customer service to all clientele as well as customers, vendors, and members of the public
Report observations of suspicious behavior and identify safety or security risks
Patrol designated areas in accordance with outlined security procedures
Ensure all employees and visitors have proper credentials to accessing buildings
Alert appropriate personnel about issues regarding loss prevention, client concerns, or customer needs
Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents
Complete incident and daily activity reports
Wear Peak issued security uniform
Weapons are not required for these jobs. They are Customer Service based.
