Please note that this position is in-person in our Newport Beach office. There are not remote work opportunities for this position.
Job Duties:
- Provide amazing customer service to our clients
- Handle incoming phone calls from our clients and assist them as needed
- Provide base level user support using remote support tools
- Creating and updating documentation
Personal Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to use good judgement
- The right candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds and have a reliable personal vehicle, valid Driver’s License, AND valid auto insurance
- Must also be able to pass full Background Check and Drug Test
- Able to type 40 words per minute or more
Technical Requirements:
- Base knowledge of Active Directory / Azure AD (now Entra) / Office 365
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and troubleshooting Internet connectivity
- Understanding of relationship between routers, switches, patch panels and connecting nodes to a network
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 desktop operating systems
- Working knowledge of wireless technologies
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- History of using ConnectWise tools (Manage, ScreenConnect)
- RingCentral
- Experience with multiuser technology environments (Remote Desktop Services, Citrix, virtual desktop infrastructure)
