About Us:

Peak Solutions is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) helping small and medium-sized businesses with all things IT. We are fanatics about providing quality service and quality products for our customers. We are rapidly growing and seeking candidates to get in on the ground floor.

Please note that this position is in-person in our Newport Beach office. There are not remote work opportunities for this position.

Job Duties:

  • Provide amazing customer service to our clients
  • Handle incoming phone calls from our clients and assist them as needed
  • Provide base level user support using remote support tools
  • Creating and updating documentation

Personal Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to use good judgement
  • The right candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds and have a reliable personal vehicle, valid Driver’s License, AND valid auto insurance
  • Must also be able to pass full Background Check and Drug Test
  • Able to type 40 words per minute or more

Technical Requirements:

  • Base knowledge of Active Directory / Azure AD (now Entra) / Office 365
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and troubleshooting Internet connectivity
  • Understanding of relationship between routers, switches, patch panels and connecting nodes to a network
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11 desktop operating systems
  • Working knowledge of wireless technologies

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • History of using ConnectWise tools (Manage, ScreenConnect)
  • RingCentral
  • Experience with multiuser technology environments (Remote Desktop Services, Citrix, virtual desktop infrastructure)

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
