Position Responsibilities and Details:
Type: Contract to Direct (Possible Direct Options based on experience)
Location: Jefferson City, MO
# of Positions: 4
Work Schedule/Shift: Nights, (Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-3:00am)
Work Hours: 40 OT
Shift Differential: Yes, $1.00
Shift Differential: $1.00 shift differential for our B/evening shift.

Position Responsibilities and Details:
- Operator sets up and operates various CNC fabricators, shear, spot weld and press brake equipment per print.
- Set-up other equipment as assigned.
- Operator is able to fabricate parts using various sheet metal fabricating tools and machines.
- Operator is able to set up fabrication equipment to produce parts to print. Must be able to operate all department equipment.
- Must have the ability to read and use a variety of measuring instruments.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as req'd.
- Operator will input programs in CNC controls and make adjustments as necessary.
- Assumes responsibility for inspection of parts.
- Must have ability to use mathematics in various phases of the job.
- Report inferior workmanship and off-standard materials to supervisor.
- Perform other duties related to the occupation.
- Work with engineering to produce parts to print.
- Works in a safe manner and doesn't endanger others. Keeps accurate inventory of tools.
- May be required to direct work of others in the area. Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be qualified to perform the duties of the occupation in accordance with quality and quantity standards and to perform the physical, mental, and visual requirements of the job in a safe and efficient manner.
- Min High School Diploma/GED Required
- At least 2-3 years of related experience, production related roles.
