Plant Technical Clerk - 1st Shift - Baytown, TX
$34.00-$38.00/hr must have at least 5 years of experience working in an industrial plant supporting Engineering, Maintenance, Storerooms, etc.
- Long-Term Temporary/Contract position (no end date)
- Support activities associated with the Maintenance and Engineering Department for the Baytown Site.
- The major focus is operation of the Plant Storeroom and Receiving activities, preparing requisitions for required materials and services, and processing invoices.
- Position must be able to handle multiple assignments concurrently and deal with
changes in priorities on short notice.
- Individual must be flexible, be able to handle several tasks
simultaneously and require minimum supervision
- This position supports day-to-day maintenance and engineering activities and small capital projects.
Skills/Experience:
- High School Diploma, 5 years working in a Plant or Technical/industrial plant environment, working with engineering/maintenance and storerooms
- Proficient with MS Office, processing invoices, preparing requisitions
- Experience with small capital projects
