As a Production Cable Winder, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by meticulously winding cables onto various products. Your attention to detail and adherence to quality standards will directly impact the performance and reliability of our products. You will collaborate closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. This role requires a keen eye for precision, the ability to follow instructions, and the dedication to maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Wind cables onto products according to established specifications and guidelines.
• Inspect cables for defects or irregularities during the winding process.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production discrepancies to supervisors.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (relevant technical certifications a plus).
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
