Commercial General Contractor looking for an experienced Healthcare Construction Superintendent. Must have a strong, documented project experience in the supervision and overseeing of commercial healthcare construction projects.

Job Description:
· Coordinate jobsite logistics and maintain relationships with neighboring occupants.
· Coordinate subcontractor work scopes, scheduling, and resource-loading.
· Professionally represent company field operations to the subcontractors.
· Participate with the Project Manager in issuance of monthly progress report, schedule updates, monthly payment applications, anticipated cost report, and other financial cost reports.
· Coordinate with the Project Manager to develop general conditions budget, and through labor cost reporting manage and control the budget.
· Working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, contract with Owner, subcontracts, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals, and all other project related documents, and maintain a complete and accurate set of as-built.
· Review and provide feedback on all purchase orders and subcontracts
· Supervise and enforce company’s project safety program.
· Coordinate and adherence to Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA)
· Create, implement and enforce Infection Control Risk Assessment programs (ICRA)
Minimum Job Requirements:
· Minimum of two years of experience as a Healthcare Superintendent on commercial construction projects greater than $1m, and minimum of ten years construction experience
· Experience working in South Florida
· Experience in coordinating, scheduling and implementing Medical/Healthcare projects with AHCA oversight
· Experience with Infection Control Risk Assessment programs (ICRA)
· Proficient with scheduling software is preferred but not required. Must be able to read and fully understand a project GANTT schedule
· Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and other basic computer related skills
· Proficient with Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat
· Excellent listening and strong communication skills
· Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
· Effective participation in team environment
· OSHA 10-hour certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
