- Position would be based at new NYC branch location;
- Review, negotiate and drafting of non-disclosure agreements;
- Handle legal issues relating to deposit account agreements, including tri-party DACA arrangements;
- Provide legal advice on secured transactions as needed;
- Assist with corporate governance and regulatory matters;
- Draft and or review treasury management agreements and other cash management documents;
- Review vendor contracts;
- Draft/implement policies and procedures as needed pertaining to legal process at PGB
Salary Range $150-200K
