Catering Sales Support Specialist

Overview:
Pear Tree – Hel’s Kitchen Catering is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this new role, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our sales team. Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team/Event Planners in managing customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships
- Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute sales strategies
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Coordinate vendor orders for client events

- Assist with social media posts

Skills:
- Excellent communication, written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience in sales support, customer service, and/or catering is a plus.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
