POSITION SUMMARY
The Assistant Generator Manager works in the Sacramento, CA office and is responsible for supporting the Generator Manager in operating and managing the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONDSIBILITES
- Manage operations in the organization
- Moderate employee work daily to ensure commitment to organizational standards and guidelines of the company
- Meet regularly with managed employees to provide critical feedback and encouragement
- Manage employee schedules, including setting hours and timesheets
- Create and deliver reports to senior-level officers and maintain effective meeting notes
- Manage inventory for customers and their needs
- Update Material/Assets in InSite under proper work order timely
- Timely response back to customer with status updates as needed
- Maintain safe work environment
- Responsible for cleanliness and all things that run through shop/office
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- 4 years of clerical experience
- 2-8 years of management experience
- Great leadership and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability communicate across different levels of an organization
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent Organizational and time management skills
- Instruct employees on customer requirements
- Travel will be required for training and field visits when needed
