Your Impact:
As the Fleet Facilitator, you will be a part of the Corporate Fleet Group. This position consists of; maintenance administration, in-fleeting, de-fleeting of vehicles, inventory of trailers, vehicles, and equipment. Will be responsible for fleet maintenance approvals, follow-up on preventative and unplanned maintenance, in-fleeting/de-fleeting, and administration support.

Your Impact:
As the Fleet Facilitator, you will be a part of the Corporate Fleet Group. This position consists of; maintenance administration, in-fleeting, de-fleeting of vehicles, inventory of trailers, vehicles, and equipment. Will be responsible for fleet maintenance approvals, follow-up on preventative and unplanned maintenance, in-fleeting/de-fleeting, and administration support.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead management of all maintenance approvals and recordkeeping.
- Lead repair shop coordination & follow-up to minimize vehicle downtime / maximize fleet utilization.
- Coordinate required field tows or roadside assistance as required.
- In-fleeting of new vehicles – inputting the information into INSITE, labeling asset, key shipment, initial inspection.
- De-fleeting of vehicle – arranging trucks for sale and pick up.
- Admin Duties – cross referencing, updating systems, spread sheets, heavy email, phone and in-person communication.
- Lift and Move equipment (up to 50lbs.)
Core Experience
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Possess strong attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping, documentation, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal team, with external customers, and vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with fleet management software and systems.
- Must be able to pass DOT physical, this position is DOT regulated.
