Pearl Properties is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of luxury high-rise apartment buildings in Center City, Philadelphia. The right candidate for this position is highly professional, hard-working, customer-service driven, detail-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the scheduling and successful completion of maintenance work-orders
- Oversee the planning and execution of preventative maintenance projects within budget
- Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors
- Excellent customer service
- Manage property inventories
- Maintain compliance with City required licensing and inspections
- Manage a team of skilled maintenance technicians, maintaining a healthy and positive work environment
Shift – Full time w/ benefits:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher
· At least two years’ experience in a relevant, management role preferred
· A track-record of strong customer service skills
· Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
· A basic understanding of high-rise building systems preferred
· A strong ability to work independently and under pressure
· An understanding of office tech including Microsoft Office and cellphone apps
· Excellent references
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
