What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin Assistant (FT) position at PearseCon LLC?
We are looking for someone, preferably with experience dealing with all types of documentation. The ideal candidate will work directly with clients gathering documentation needed for processing. You must have excellent communication skills and be well organized. This opportunity is in Palm Harbor Florida. This is not a remote position. Duties are varied but all will involve calling clients daily to touch base, requesting documents, tracking clients and assisting the Certification Specialists. You should know how to use a computer, Office 365, and Adobe Pro.

Hours are Mon-Fri 9-5. There are no nights, weekends or holidays required.
