Real Estate Administrator
Pearson VUE is seeking a Real Estate Administrator who is organized and self-motivated to enable the continued growth of our global professional testing center portfolio. As an important contributor in our Real Estate team, you will be responsible for tracking company leased equipment and payments, maintaining database of multiple suppliers and payment status, and general assistance within the team with various projects or tasks. This role is dynamic within the department and will handle multiple responsibilities across the Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment with substantial amounts of data. Organization, tenacity, and follow-up skills are critical for this role.
Responsibilities
- Maintain database of company leased equipment
- Support the Real Estate Team cross-functionally within the department
- Process monthly invoices to suppliers
- Provide payment status to supplier inquiries
Experience & Skills
- 2 years relevant experience within commercial real estate or equivalent
- Demonstrated managing and prioritizing a high-volume workload to meet competing deadlines
- Preferred accounting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, must include Excel, and Outlook
