SUMMARY

The Real Estate Operations Coordinator will support the Real Estate Management team in varying aspects of the department. We are looking for a self-motivator that is organized and communicates effectively. The Real Estate Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in providing support to various stakeholders within the company, ensuring efficient processes and operations, and maintaining an open line of communication to support the overall efficiency of the Real Estate Management department. This position will nurture relationships with suppliers and provide administrative and financial support. This role will be involved with property management support, project coordination, and data management.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree, or equivalent experience
- 5-year experience working in an administrative/coordinator position
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Real Estate Management experience a plus
