Key Responsibilities
Create elegant solutions to complex, end to end user flows across multiple business systems, with a truly global vision.
Apply fundamental user experience, design and research principles to deliver intuitive and effective customer journeys; translate your findings into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Work side-by-side with the product and engineering teams, users and stakeholders to answer design research questions and translate findings into user stories and new features.
Uplift our UX process maturity and set up user experience as a leading mechanism within the Product team.
Collaborate with team members and other peers to achieve end-to-end quality in our user experience.
Scope, design, and lead execution of design research grounded in evidence-based processes to validate the efficacy of our solutions.
Improve the customers’ experiences by understanding what’s important, measuring how we’re doing, and driving priorities to improve.
End-to-end accountability for project deliverables by engaging decision makers at appropriate levels.
Drive the adoption of product and process improvements.
Ensure design standards are adhered to and properly applied.
Establish and advocate for design principles and iterative design processes.
Generate innovative concepts that stretch the team’s thinking about what is possible.
Consistently deliver end to end designs that meet goals and challenges limitations of what can be executed on.

Qualifications
5 years of experience in SaaS UX design and implementation
Demonstrated excellence in simplifying complex user flows, interaction patterns and product experiences that align with multiple user needs; a portfolio that demonstrates these abilities.
Expertise and passion around designing an information architecture to eliminate complexity and ambiguity.
Fluent in the end-to-end UX and UI design process; ability to work within established frameworks – but also push the boundaries to impact change!
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent tools.
Strong storyteller; professionally creates and structures their presentations.
Experience working with agile environment across multiple teams.
Skilled interviewer: knows how to dig below the surface to gain knowledge and uncover insights on various topics.

The anticipated starting salary range for Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $90K – 110K. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
