What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Services Assistant position at Pearson?
Primary Responsibilities
Enter and Maintain Transcripts. Monitor the transcript email for incoming student transcripts to be entered. Enter student's previously earned credit from various institutions into their Course Timing.
Enter and Maintain System Records/Information. Assist in the entry, update, maintenance, and audit of system records as related to policy, opportunity, or college catalog changes.
Systems Proficiency. Become proficient in various software programs, institutional resources and learn to execute operations in a fast-paced environment.
Interdepartmental Collaboration. Attend weekly departmental/individual meetings and training sessions as assigned by their manager.
Other Duties. Complete other duties as assigned by their manager.

Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Accelerated Pathways experience and/or product knowledge
College transcript review/processing experience
Data processing experience
Experience with Degree Manager, Salesforce, and ticketing platforms
