Role Overview: In this role, you will proactively pursue opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities, identifying ways to connect data from multiple technology stacks such as Salesforce, In-Product, and Financial metrics. You will create intuitive reports and dashboards for business users, find efficiencies in reporting processes, and work with central technology to speed up the delivery of business intelligence objects. Collaborating with data analysts, you will ensure data is structured to enable visually stunning and explanatory dashboards. Additionally, you will engage with central technology teams to implement new tools that improve data accessibility and facilitate self-service data exploration.

Responsibilities
Drive Data Related Efforts:
- Work efficiently and effectively to deliver high-value reports and dashboards in priority order.
- Identify opportunities for how data and reporting initiatives can ‘move the needle’ in pursuing OKRs.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Build dashboards, validating prototypes, and delivering continual improvements through iteration to ensure a common alignment.
- Generate ad hoc reports
- Look for opportunities to provide self-service dashboards and tools to replace common ad hoc requests.
- Help define the playbook for dataset creation, report building, and data analysis conducted by the Data & Reporting COE.
- Research best practices and industry standards to explain ‘art of the possible,’ ensuring we solution and scale correctly.
- Support initiatives to review legacy dashboards, archiving them, or bringing them up to a modern standard.
Skills Needed:
- The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience in stakeholder management, report, and dashboard creation. (A portfolio of sample dashboards is preferred by not essential.)
- Must have a flair for visualizing data
- Understands the importance of the considering the UX withing dashboards
- Can talk to data insights with enthusiasm.
- The candidate must be able to present clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Knowledge of the following is essential; Tableau, Tableau Data Prep
- Knowledge of the following is desirable: Excel, Power BI, OBIA/OBIEE, Smartsheets, ServiceNow
- Understanding the unique challenges and dynamics of the education industry is advantageous. Examples include knowledge of student enrollment, academic performance metrics, and compliance reporting.
