Key Responsibilities
Smartsheet Development & Management:
- Customize and manage Smartsheet solutions for project management, workflow automation, and reporting.
- Develop complex Smartsheet workflows, formulas, and automations to support business operations.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training for Smartsheet users.
- Design, build, and maintain customer portal pages to enhance the user experience and meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the portals are functional, intuitive, and secure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to portal performance and user access.
- Create and maintain Adobe LMS sites, which are utilized by teachers and administrators in schools to complete required trainings.
- Setup single sign-on solutions between Adobe LMS and various administrative systems.
- Utilize Adobe APIs to build custom registration pages.
- Integrate Smartsheet and other tools with existing systems to improve data flow, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Automate repetitive tasks and workflows across tools and platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and customer support, to ensure the tools meet organizational needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tool-related inquiries and provide technical support and guidance as needed.
- Conduct thorough testing of tools and portal pages to ensure they meet quality standards and function as expected.
- Identify, document, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for all developed tools, including user guides, technical specifications, and workflows.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure team members are proficient in using Smartsheet and other tools.
- Analyze data from tools and portals to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key metrics and provide insights to leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in tool development, IT, or a similar role.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SmartSheet, including advanced workflows, reporting, and automation. Alternatively, hands-on experience with Excel formulas, analyzing large datasets, and cross-sheet references
- Experience in developing and maintaining customer portal pages or other websites, ideally using platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or similar CMS.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Smartsheet or Excel, including advanced features.
- Web development, Javascript, Python, XML, and API integrations.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Curious and approaches new challenges with a positive attitude.
- Strong communicator and enjoys collaborating with team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Can analyze and transform extensive datasets to derive insightful decision-making data for management teams.
- Experience with other project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira).
- Experience working with Excel formulas
