What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Monitor position at Pedcor Homes Corp?
Description:
The Pool Monitor will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the pool area.
Requirements:
Observe and abide by all federal, state and local regulations.;
Report any malfunction, damages or safety concerns immediately.;
Evacuate and close the pool during the event of severe weather and prepare the pool area to prevent damage.;
Testing and documenting pool chemistry and replenishing pool chemicals as needed.;
Cleaning, sweeping and vacuuming of the pool, pool deck, and furniture.;
Keeping restrooms clean and stocked and emptying trash and/or smoking receptacles.;
Opening and securing gates and restrooms at start/close of day.;
Checking amenity passes and assuring facilities are used by residents and their authorized guests only.;
Monitoring pool activity and enforcing all property Pool Rules.;
Keeping Management informed of all incidents, disturbances and rule violations.
