Key Qualifications For Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse License in good standing
Current CPR certification
Commitment to providing exceptional nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
Primary Responsibilities Of The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Provide direct patient care in a home environment
Implement physicians' prescribed care plans and maintain accurate documentation in the system of record
Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
Promote health and provide education and training to family members
