  • Greet and check-in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently
  • Verify insurance information and process payments accurately
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Assist in coordinating referrals and follow-ups with other healthcare providers
