Pediatric Nutrition Medical Representative

This contractor position will work within the Medical channel of the a pediatric nutrition company. You will be engaging with healthcare professionals while clinically promoting our products and brands.

You should have the ability to communicate professionally the clinical qualities of our brands. You will work with the team to uncover new medical leads and opportunities. The ideal candidate is comfortable making introductory sales calls and having clinical conversations with healthcare professionals.

What you will accomplish:

• In-person field sales and in-servicing in targeted geographic areas
• Support regional sales events as needed
• Support digital outreach and inbounds as needed
• Lead list generation
• CRM data entry and management for individual accounts

Requirements:

• Availability to commit to 5-10 hours of work weekly during business hours, 90% in the field
• Be available by email and phone for clients and co-workers
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies (Slack, Hubspot, data entry)
• Vehicle and unrestricted driver's license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to pivot with changing strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, problem-solving, results, and relationships oriented approach
• Budget and Time Management skills

Bonus:

• Clinical setting experience
• Clinical degree (RD, RN, LPN, OT, SLP) is preferred but not required
• Experience with customer management software

Compensation: $30-50 per hour, depending on experience, credentials, and geographic location.

Contract length agreement: 3 months with opportunity to extend
