Job Summary: Pediatric Therapy, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at PTI in Paris, TX to implement Applied Behavior Analysis treatment plans written by the BCBA. The RBT will be responsible for building a relationship with clients, running program goals, collecting data throughout their sessions and working to keep up with clients progress across sessions. PTI provides collaborative care to individuals of all abilities and ages throughout our team of Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists and BCBAs. We are looking for an RBT to work with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder across in Clinic, In-Home and Telehealth settings on a client by client basis. The RBT will be responsible for implementing treatment plans that are individualized to clients to increase socially appropriate behavior and decrease challenging behaviors. RBTs will work to collaborates with our interdisciplinary team.
Experience:
Pay: $16.00 - $20.60 per hour

Experience:
- One year of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities (Highly Preferred)
- Implementation of treatment plans and behavior reduction protocols written by the BCBA
- Responds well to feedback
- Builds rapport with clients and identifies highly preferred reinforcers and activities to motivate the client
- Prepares for session prior to the start time and arrives on time to all scheduled sessions
- Keeps detailed notes of sessions with clients and graphically tracking their progress
- Utilizing reinforcement strategies to teach and maintain socially acceptable behavior while working to decrease challenging behaviors
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Required)
- Candidate has to be willing to travel up to 45/ miles to homes
- RBT Certification (Preferred )
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Reliable transportation (Required)
Pay: $16.00 - $20.60 per hour
