PEEK Properties is a developer, owner and operator of Multifamily buildings located in urban areas of New Jersey. This job is to help maintain a variety of development sites.
Responsibilities include cleaning, landscaping, snow plowing, minor repairs, fencing, etc.
This position reports directly to maintenance supervisor that oversees both the development sites and property management sites.
Candidate must of a car and smart phone.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
