We're searching an experienced and motivated Executive Housekeeper to join our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, including counseling, termination, performance evaluations, training, and development. Assist in the development of the annual budget. Monitor performance against plan. Establish and maintain cost control systems for staffing, linen inventories, and cleaning supplies. Ensure quality services are rendered in meeting guest needs. Train, develop, coach, commend, discipline associates fairly and equitably to reach maximum service culture. Schedule staff according to labor standards and forecasted occupancy. Maintain room quality based on hotel guidelines. Monitor and maintain required level of cleanliness in rooms, storage areas, laundry, restrooms, and common areas. Enforce procedures for the acceptance, security, and return of guest lost and found items. Ensure all associates scrupulously follow established safety standards. Maintain productivity and labor cost goals. Ensure all associates adhere to dress code, including name tag. Conduct inventories of linen, supplies, and equipment as required. Order and receive supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels. Immediately alert hotel management of emergency situations via all communication avenues. Ability to accurately use various office and accounting software. QUALIFICATIONS :
3 years of Housekeeping Management preferred. Ability to accurately report information. Ability to assist with various office tasks as needed. Ability to scrupulously follow all hotel policies and procedures; hold subordinates accountable for same. Conduct and attend required meetings. Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions. Must have good mathematical and computer skills. High school education and relevant training and experience required. Additional education preferred. Ability to obtain required licenses or certificates. Shift:
