This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, efficiency and consistency of Peel Wood Fired Pizza at all times. At all times of FOH staff manager must be available on the dining floor to oversee the work being performed by the FOH staff and leading by example.
Responsible for weekly ordering of Alcoholic Beverages from Distributors- Responsible for creating a fun and relevant craft cocktail menu
- Responsible for weekly FOH schedules
- All New Hire Paperwork / Training
- Responsible for hourly employee files
- Responsible for training and new hires
- Maintain and audit the Food Safety Certificates
- Responsible for department FOH staffing levels
- Sales Building – work with GM on developing ways to build sales through contest, training, events, specials, marketing ideas
- Manage Training Team with Bi-Monthly Meetings
- Staff Evaluations
- Responsible all Employee sales contest and staff incentives
- Responsible for weekly ordering of Non-Alcoholic Beverages (Pepsi, tea & coffee) from Distributors

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year experience in kitchen management
- Proven financial results from inventory and labor management
- Strong background in popular high-end spirits, craft beers and cocktail development
- Available during peak times and holidays
- Ability to handle the daily stress of a busy restaurant
